International Women’s Day 2021

The International Women's Day is celebrated each year on 8th March around the world. This is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. The campaign theme for International Women's Day 2021 is 'Choose To Challenge'.

At Louis Dreyfus Armateurs Group (LDA), we choose to challenge not only on that day but every day. We are committed to celebrating this International Women’s Day:
• To confirm our commitment to Women’s rights which is a fundamental value of our Group.
• To confirm LDA Group’s Code of Conduct about diversity, equal opportunity and equity.
• To raise awareness about Women’s rights to embrace careers in all industries and especially in the shipping sector.
• To celebrate LDA Group’s women’s achievements on land or at sea.

Once more, faithful to its fundamental values, the LDA Group’s is committed to providing equal opportunity and fair treatment to all individuals on the basis of merit without discrimination.
