Mission Accomplished: Louis Dreyfus TravOcean Wraps Up Dogger Bank Project
Louis Dreyfus TravOcean is proud to announce the successful completion of its mission on the Dogger Bank B offshore wind farm.
In partnership with DEME, and onboard the C INSTALER of JD-Contractor for its client SSE Renewables, Louis Dreyfus TravOcean teams have managed the trenching of 57 inter-array power cable connections, totaling over 188 km of subsea cables installed successfully from October 2024 to March 2025.
Located more than 130km off the North East coast of England, Dogger Bank Wind Farm will be capable of powering up to 6 million homes annually. The offshore wind farm is being developed in three phases – Dogger Bank A, B and C – located between 130km and 190km from the North East coast of England at their nearest points. Collectively they will become the world’s largest offshore wind farm.
This project is a testament to Louis Dreyfus TravOcean expertise in offshore cable installation and trenching while reinforcing our commitment to supporting the energy transition.
